The Art of Burning Man (part 1)

Mesdamoiselles 2006 by Jean Paul Richon

artists statement:
Twenty two women in white dresses are dancing in the wind.

The man in the left of the photo is the artist who was out on the playa several times each day rearranging the installation. One of the most captivating aspects of this piece was that it was always different. I also loved the way it interacted with the mountains in the background and the way the wind animated it.
